METU Technopolis Incubation Center is Open to Service
Collaboration with the Management of OSTIM Organized Industrial Zone has been initiated in order to improve and develop corporation between the universities and industries, and for this purpose, it was planned to establish an incubation center within the OSTIM Organized Industrial Zone. The selected area was included into the borders of the METU Technopolis Technology Development Zone upon a resolution by the Council of Ministers in early 2004.
Firstly, the incubation center, which aims to improve the innovation spirit within the OSTIM Organized Industrial Zone, has become operational in February 2006. 3,300 m2 of the building, having a total construction area of 5,500 m2, is composed of office spaces. In the building, which has office spaces ranging between 30 and 250 m2, there are conference rooms and a seminar hall. Teknopark A.Þ. continues to receive applications for the building.
