The METU campus is located on the Ankara-Eskisehir Highway at the western region of the city-center. It is located at a point which is 30 min. to Ankara Esenboga International Airport, 20 min. to the train station, 15 min. to Intercity Bus Terminal, providing an easy access for its visitors.
The main entrance of the METUTECH, the A-7 gate on the Bilkent Way is about 8 km far from the city center on Eskisehir Highway. Moreover, the A-4 gate located at the neighborhood of 100. Yil could also be used for the entries.

In addition to that, light rail system under construction will facilitate an easy access with a station very near to METU Campus. METU-Technopolis , located in METU Campus is 7 kms far from the city center of Ankara, lies in the western corridor of the main development axis of the city. Dynamic relationships between METU-Technopolis and other organisations are realised with the proximity of METU-Technopolis to other universities and national research centers. Its 80 ha area located at the western part of METU Campus , is a suitable natural environment for the planned development of METU-Technopolis.
